Cancellation policy

If for a genuine reason you need to cancel your booking (this does not include ‘bad weather’ unless we deem it dangerous conditions), we will endeavour to refund you the full amount paid minus an administration fee of £10.00 if we can re-book the date.

If we cannot re-book the date we will offer another date on a like for like basis (if original booking was for a weekday then an alternative weekday will be offered, and the same applies to weekend bookings, an alternative weekend date will be offered).

Any alternative dates offered will be out of peak season, and will not be permitted during school holidays.

We currently do not hire between beginning of November and end of March.
